Usage information: basic analytics about which features you use and how the app performs, used to improve the product.

Optional profile details: items like a phone number for text reminders or linked calendar access, only if you choose to provide them.

To provide the features you use — saving your data, generating AI responses, sending reminders, and tracking your progress.

To operate and maintain the service, troubleshoot issues, and keep the app secure.

To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important service updates.

When you use AI-powered tools, the text you enter is sent to AI models to generate a response. We encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive personal data such as passwords, full financial account numbers, or government IDs in these inputs.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help run the app — such as hosting, AI providers, email delivery, and payment processing — under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide their services.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from Account Settings, which removes your information across the app's tools. Some records may be retained in backups for a limited period before being fully removed.

You can review and update your profile information, adjust reminder settings, and disconnect linked services at any time. You can request deletion of your data, and you can stop using the app whenever you choose.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Age Requirements page for details, and contact us if you believe a child has provided us with information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
